Studio Policies
1) Tuition is due on the 15th of the month prior. Tuition received ten days after this date will be charged a $15 late fee.
2) Tuition may be paid with cash or check made payable to Louisville Dance Alliance. Only registered students are eligible to participate in our performances. Class card holders and drop in students must register if they wish to perform.
3) There is a $25 returned check fee.
4) Please walk your child into the studio, do not drop them off at the mall entrance.
5) No food or beverages in the dance studios. Only water containers with a lid are allowed. Food is allowed in the waiting room.
6) No running, foul language, or disruptive behavior allowed.
